We offer crisp white tents with window walls, and keep all of our equipment highly maintained to ensure the success of your special event. We work hard to please our customers, and are available 24 hours a day to meet your special event needs.

The prices listed on this site are typically for one day, with the tent usually set up one or two days before your event, and removed the day after. Our price list is divided into two categories - Frame and Party pole. Our price includes installation and removal charges, as well as sidewall. The price does not include rates for travel, and does not include excessive carrying or items.

Our Tents
The Frame tent is our premium tent. The Frame tent has no interior poles and is basically free standing. It is used for events where a center isle is necessary, or lines of sight cannot be compromised. Frame tents can also sit flush to an existing structure, such as a garage or sliding doors, and can often be erected over decks and patios. Frame tents can sometimes be anchored with alternative weights (i.e. water barrels) to eliminate holes in blacktop or concrete. Frame tents are all white in color.

The Party pole tent is our workhorse. These tents require precise staking around the perimeter for support, and are held up by tall poles in the center. The center poles are unobtrusive in most cases, and are often used to support decorations or lighting. These tents are all white and in excellent condition. These are used mostly for lawn parties, weddings and corporate affairs. These are our largest tents with sizes over 20,000 square feet.

The columns on the price page under “Number of people accommodated” represent approximately how many people each size tent can accommodate, depending upon how you use the space. The stand up number is allowing 5 square feet per person, and can also be used for cathedral seating. The Banquet table column is the number of people that can be accommodated at rectangular banquet tables. It allows 10 square feet per person. The Round table column allows 15 square feet per person for seating at round tables. These numbers are somewhat generous for the seating, but allowances need to be made for dance floors, bars, buffets, staging and other areas.
