Our prices include rental for the day of the event, as well as set up one or two days prior to the event and take down the day after. Sidewalls are also included at no extra cost.
As an added bonus, you have total access to our team, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We’ll even come out and perform a complimentary site survey to ensure that trees are not disrupted during tent installation.

Knowing the approximate size of your guest list is crucial to ordering the right size tent.
The stand up number allows for 7 square feet per person. This number can also be used for cathedral seating, also known as a center-aisle set up.
The banquet table column is the number of people that can be accommodated at rectangular banquet tables. It allows 10 square feet per person.
The round table column allows 15 square feet per person for seating at round tables. These numbers are somewhat generous, but it’s important to make allowances for dance floors, bars, buffets, staging and other areas.
